Focus and Scope
Journal of Contemporary Education and Innovation, published under the Faculty of Tarbiyah , is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing research and innovation in education. The journal welcomes original research articles, reviews, and case studies that contribute to the development of contemporary educational theory and practice.
Journal of Contemporary Education and Innovation focuses on, but is not limited to, the following areas:
1. Innovations in Teaching and Learning
This includes innovative approaches, methods, and practices in teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language (ESL/EFL), Mathematics, Islamic Religious Education, and Primary Education.
2. Curriculum, Educational Strategies, and Technology
Research on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and the integration of educational technology to enhance learning outcomes and educational effectiveness.
3. Character Building, Literacy, Numeracy, and Teacher Competence
Studies that explore the development of student character, literacy and numeracy skills, as well as the professional competence and development of educators.
4. Classroom Action Research and Educational Quality
Empirical investigations focused on classroom-based research, action research methodologies, and initiatives aimed at improving the quality of education.
5. Inclusive Education, Multiculturalism, and Educational Policy
Research addressing inclusive education practices, multicultural education, diversity, equity, and educational policies that promote social justice and access.
6. Religious Moderation in Educational Practice and Learning
Studies on the role of religious moderation in shaping educational practices, learning environments, and fostering tolerance and understanding in schools.
