Plagiarism Policy

Journal of Contemporary Education and Innovation is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and originality in all published works. Plagiarism, whether intentional or unintentional, is considered a serious ethical violation and will not be tolerated.

1.    Definition of Plagiarism

Plagiarism is the act of presenting someone else’s work, ideas, data, or words as one’s own without proper acknowledgment or citation. This includes, but is not limited to:

·         Copying text, images, or data from other sources without citation.

·         Submitting previously published work without disclosure (self-plagiarism).

·         Paraphrasing someone else’s work without appropriate reference.

·         Using ideas or concepts from others without credit.

2.    Plagiarism Detection

All manuscripts submitted to Journal of Contemporary Education and Innovation  undergo rigorous screening using advanced plagiarism detection software. This helps ensure the originality of submitted works and prevents unethical practices.

3.    Actions on Detected Plagiarism

If plagiarism is identified at any stage of the submission or publication process, CJCEI will take appropriate measures, which may include:

·         Before publication: Immediate rejection of the manuscript and notification to the authors.

·         After publication: Retraction or correction of the article, with a public notice explaining the reason.

·         Further consequences: Notification to the authors’ affiliated institutions or funding bodies, and potential banning of the authors from future submissions.

4.    Author Responsibilities

Authors submitting to Journal of Contemporary Education and Innovation  must:

·         Ensure that their manuscripts are original and properly cite all sources.

·         Disclose if the manuscript contains any content that has been published elsewhere.

·         Avoid duplicate submissions to multiple journals simultaneously.

·         Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines regarding plagiarism.
